Who We Are

The firm is headed by Johan Nysschens who has vast experience in commercial litigation and labour laws. He holds  BA(Law) and LLB degrees and has the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

His proven track record, knowledge and expertise has ensured that he has acted for several commercial entities, multi national companies, trade unions and businesses large and small in all Courts in the Republic of South Africa, including the High Court, Labour Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Labour Appeal Court and Constitutional Court as well as tribunals.

He has been part of the legal team of several reported and ground breaking judgments and has in excess of  14 years of experience in commercial and labour litigation;
